Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) Massage (60 min/90 min)
Special skin stretch and release motion is used to enhance lymphatic fluid flow throughout the body.  Performed by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) this treatment is very soothing and detoxifying for your body. Great for those challenged by cellulite, periodic fluid retention, surgical scars, fibromyalgia, scleroderma, cystic breasts or arthritis..

Certified Lymphedema Therapy (60 min/90 min)    
Specialized MLD massage will be used to reroute lymphatic fluid to bypass areas of restricted lymphatic flow related to lymph node removal, congestion or scar tissue.  Performed by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) with over 15 years’ experience treating patients with lymphedema, especially those recovering from breast cancer, or other surgical procedures. Compression bandaging fee may apply.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage (60 min/90 min)    
Slow tissue stretching, cross-fiber friction, Trigger Point therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, joint manipulation, and Myofascial Release techniques employed in a customized treatment to address your unique concerns. Relieves chronic muscle pain, weakness and spasms caused by stress, injury or overwork, and increases overall flexibility.

Certified Pregnancy Massage (75 min)
Relaxing therapeutic massage tailored to the special needs of a woman throughout the stages of her pregnancy and following childbirth. Relieves low back, hip, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, restless legs, muscle cramps, swelling, indigestion, varicose veins, and constipation associated with pregnancy. Performed by a Certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist (CPMT) this treatment includes a full body BASQ skin treatment to help prevent stretch marks.
