Massage & Bodywork

Our training and experience is so extensive that in addition to giving you all of the peaceful relaxation associated with a spa massage, we offer the kind of longer-term benefits usually available only through physical rehabilitation facilities.

Each New Client will be asked to sign an informed consent and complete a health history form prior to receiving their first therapeutic service at our facility, and your therapist will review your completed form and conduct a short follow-up interview to ensure that we fully understand your physical concerns and treatment goals.  

Unlike most salons or spas we schedule a half hour between clients, so that we have the extra time to determine how to personalize each session, without having to shorten the stated service timeframes, so
"60 minutes" means a full 60 minute massage.

Therapeutic Swedish Massage (60 min/90 min)    
Long slow, gliding, kneading and rocking techniques employed to slow and deepen your breathing, and thoroughly relax your mind and body. Improves circulation and digestion, reduces stress, trouble sleeping and muscle soreness.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage (60 min/90 min)    
Long slow, gliding, kneading and rocking techniques employed to slow and deepen your breathing, and thoroughly relax your mind and body. Improves circulation and digestion, reduces stress, trouble sleeping and muscle soreness.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) Massage (60 min/90 min)
Special skin stretch and release motion is used to enhance lymphatic fluid flow throughout the body.  Performed by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) this treatment is very soothing and detoxifying for your body. Great for those challenged by cellulite, periodic fluid retention, surgical scars, fibromyalgia, scleroderma, cystic breasts or arthritis.

Certified Pregnancy Massage (75 min)
Relaxing therapeutic massage tailored to the special needs of a woman throughout the stages of her pregnancy and following childbirth. Relieves low back, hip, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, restless legs, muscle cramps, swelling, indigestion, varicose veins, and constipation associated with pregnancy. Performed by a Certified Pregnancy Massage Therapist (CPMT) this treatment includes a BASQ skin treatment to help prevent stretch marks.

Hot Stone Aromatherapy Massage (75 min)    
An immune boosting aromatherapy treatment is incorporated into this full body massage using warm natural stones to penetrate deep into the muscles and connective tissues. This treatment detoxifies the body, and is so deeply relaxing that we allow for a little extra recovery time following this massage.

Foot Reflexology (45 min/20 min ADD ON)    
Skillful pressure applied to specific points on the feet and ankles to reflexively treat the entire body. Full sessions provided by a Certified Reflexology Practitioner (CRP) with the client fully clothed in a specialized reclining chair. Abbreviated sessions can be added to any massage.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy (45 min/20 min ADD ON)
Subtle pressure applied to cranial, facial and vertebral bones to reset their rhythmic motion, and release restrictions. Relieves sinus problems, migraines, TMJ disorder, and ADHD symptoms. Full sessions performed with the client fully clothed. Abbreviated head & neck treatments can be added to any massage.
